1- Issuance of registration license letter with an international number through which the validity of company registration can be verified on the American government website for the American Companies Commission in Arizona state.

Note: Embassy fees are additional to certification fees according to each embassy’s costs, which vary from country to country.

Completion Time

The process consists of two phases

First Phase: Obtaining official license and registration in the United States: This takes between 3 to 14 days after submitting all requirements and fees, and license documents are sent to you electronically.
Second Phase: Certifications, where company license and registration documents are certified by American government authorities, divided into two types:

Type One: Countries that are members of the International Apostille Convention, taking 3 to 7 working days and shipped directly via FedEx.
Type Two: Countries not party to the International Apostille Convention, requiring U.S. State Department and country embassy certification, usually taking 20 to 30 working days and shipped directly via FedEx.

Ongoing Commitments:

Companies registered in the United States must pay annual renewal tax to the U.S. government to remain active on the American website, plus service fees.

2. We can provide your company with additional ongoing certifications such as company authorizations, certificates, or licensing documents from the United States when needed, with certification and shipping by the aforementioned authorities, plus work service and shipping fees.
